1. How can I sign up for ATLST emails?

Don’t miss out on new arrivals and special promotions offered through our ATLST emails! To sign up, enter your email in the bottom right corner of the footer and click ‘Sign Up for Newsletter”! You can unsubscribe from ATLST emails at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of one of our emails.

2. Where are ATLST shoes made?

Our shoes are produced in Franca, Brazil.

3. The shoe I want is sold out...what should I do?

Please contact us by clicking on the link in the bottom right hand corner of your page that says "contact us". Be sure to include the style and size that you are looking for and we will notify you as soon as the shoe becomes available. 

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, we will ship within 24 hours on business days. Once shipped, the order will arrive in 2-5 days, depending on your location.

If you are pre-ordering, the expected shipping date will be in the product description.

5. I pre-ordered some shoes...where are they?

Thank you for pre-ordering! You can find the expected ship date in the product description as well as in your order confirmation email. We are producing specifically for you and your order, so it typically takes about 8 weeks.

6. Do you accept returns?
Returns are available for unworn shoes. Return requests must be made within 10 business days of receiving your shoes. Only our full price products are eligible for returns. Please e-mail  support@atlstwear.com and we will send you instructions.
We give one free return per order. If you want to return a pre-ordered purchase you will receive in store credit. There will be no refunds for pre-ordered items. The exchange is applicable only within the contiguous United States. For international purchases, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping both ways. 
ATLST LLC will not be responsible for lost returns. All products must be shipped back unworn with labels on and in the original packaging. The packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
7. Do you accept exchanges?

We are here to provide you with the best experience possible. If you bought pair of shoes that's a little tight or bigger than you need, no problem! We offer exchange when the original shoes are in unworn and new condition.

8. What if my items are damaged or defective?

If you receive an item that was damaged upon arrival, please immediately email support@atlstwear.com with a clear photo of the damage and your order number.
We encourage you to contact us prior to returning the damaged item so that we can assist with the return process and work to get you a replacement item.
We are happy to assist you in any way we can to ensure your satisfaction.

9. When can i expect my refund?
A refund for your returned items will be credited to the card that was used to make the purchase.
The credit to your account is predicated by your banking institution.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the date of return for your account to be credited.
